These terms apply to the use of Marina Bulakh's website and the pharmacy services we provide in person and online.

Pharmacy services

Pharmacy services are provided by qualified members of the team in accordance with applicable professional standards. Ask the team about a particular service before booking.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Prescriptions

We dispense NHS prescriptions strictly in accordance with NHS England guidance. Private prescriptions are dispensed only against a valid signed prescription.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
